I wonder if there is a heaven
Where everyone is at peace
I wonder if there is a sadness
If even at the least

I wonder if there is a difference
Between our heaven and down at hell
I wonder when we get there
How would we be even able to tell?

I wonder if they'll ever remember
Everyone they're leaving behind
I wonder if there's an image
In the back of their minds

I don't believe in a heaven
I don't believe in that peace
Because when our love ones die
All we can feel is grief

Haven't you ever wondered?
That they might feel the same
That they may live an eternal life
Just crying out our names

Do you believe that you can die
That youll last forever
Its something thats hard to define
That death is a collector

I wonder what people think
I wonder what people feel
Can you honestly say
That heaven is possibly something real

If there was such thing as heaven
I believe it's on this earth
I believe it's the gift of life
That we received at births

I wonder if there's a difference
