Good Man Poem by David Darbyshire

Good Man

Were already miles Apart
I'm sitting here with a Broken Heart
Maybe it would be Smart
To try and make a new Start?

But being separated by Miles
Starting to lose my Smiles
I really wish she was Here
Don't think she'll come back, I Fear

I shouldn't Moan
But I feel Alone
Maybe she'll Phone
Or this chance, I have Blown

Oh well that's Life
All alone, no Wife
I suppose it's meant to Be
No way, I'll change you'll See

I got in my Car
It wasn't Far
I told her I love Her,
and only Her
I don't want to feel alone
I want you Home.
She came back with Me
Now I will have to as good,
as good can Be! ! !

Now it's really lovely, Davey, as I say. To you, sweets. Love, Gina.
