The one that pulls you down
The one that eats your insides
The one that makes you frown


It’s the feeling that you have
That makes you sad
It’s the feeling that you have
That makes you wonder
Am I meant to be here even longer?


What thoughts make you pain
Which person scrunches your soul
Who showed you the lane
To the bottom of your hole


Is he the one
Who gives you the feeling you need
Is he the one
Who gives you the love that you seek


Then why does he make you think
Think of the stuff you avoid
Give you the thoughts in which you could sink
Why does he get you so annoyed?


Is it cos he shows you the truth
The truth about your fears
Is it cos he shows you your real self
The person who easily drowns in tears


Let go of your Frust
Seek in him your trust
Feel the feelings you want to feel
He is not the one who stops you
You do it all yourself
