Garbage Man
Xavier was a hardworking garbage man.
He was a superman at lifting those heavy garbage cans.
He was well known on his route far and wide.
Because in his job, he always took pride.
He learned early in life and this I will tell.
That whatever job you do, do it well.
The heart of a true poet can find beauty, meaning, and a moral to the story, in even the simplest of things...and here, Lamar does it well! With a tribute to the neighbourhood garbage man. Great job, Lamar Cole! :)
