Figaro Poem by Debora Soramaki

Figaro

Figaro was a cat
Who wouldn't let you sleep
He was such a brat
On the desktop he would leap
Knocking down papers
And chewing on plastic
Inventing new capers
You'd think he was spastic
He'd meow through the night
Wanting your attention
Pouncing with all his might
Waiting for your apprehension
Figaro's got a death wish
But I know that he can't help it
Maybe giving him a fish
Would help us out a bit.
