Energy flows everywhere.
It flows through your body
And shows in your actions.
It flows in anything
And needs to be used properly.

Energy is powerful.
It can be used for good
Like helping a person in need.
It can be used for bad
Like pulling a lever to a bomb.

Energy is infinite.
It existed when the world was young
And will exist throughout eternity.
It is recycled throughout the ages
But will deminish if wasted.

Energy is energy.
It is nothing other than itself
And will be forevermore.
It is unique like none other
So use it wisely.
