Dark Age Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Dark Age

When you are out from home
To witness the nature’s welcome
You will find heart’s change
Some waves do emerge

You may think “Wow”
How come this magnificent show!
Why was I living with illusion?
So far why was life spent with confusion?

It is disappearance of dark
When sun strikes light with good start
It instills the confidence
To think with affirm views “life is real chance”

Why not live with happiness?
Bring in cheers and peace
Keep heart pure with tolerance
“Live and let others live” to air the slogan with fragrance

Had there been no tomorrow?
Had there been no future to show?
We could have been living in Dark Age
The history might have added no page
