Beach Ball Poem by John L. Waters

Beach Ball

Two in the
sun, vibrating strings
resound.

Resonant,
we see sound as light
bouncing.

What folks say
is invisible,
we sense.

Melanized
skin cells feel love's pulse
as one.

Hands draw
a printout of all
that's deep.

Our skin has
billions more eyes than
read books.

We stick close,
then flow into each
other.

What's in us
beyond human forms
vibrates.

Everything's
bouncing back and forth.
We shake.

Two in the
sun, vibrating strings
resound

Zing zing zing
go the strings of my heart
deep deep

budda bud
budda bud budda
budda

deep deep deep
deep deep deep deep deep
deep deep.
