All I Really Want....
So....
this is my mind -
a light I cannot switch off
illuminating with clarity
the rusty demons of childish dreams,
the sad truth behind the smiles.
So....
this is my heart -
walled up in this castle
created from sorrows past,
built by my radiating mind,
protected from the bitter dragons
of life's cruel fate.
So....
this is my soul -
lying, naked, upon the dusty pavement
waiting for you
to cleanse me once more,
to cradle me in shadows
with your soft smile.
And you ask me...
What is it I want from you?
Well....
All I want is to enter your mind,
all I want is to touch your heart,
all I want is to breathe within your soul,
let each dull beat speak,
let the words be true.
I want you to pick up my soul,
cradle my heart,
fight the dragons
inside my mind.
All I really want....
is you.

So... I know I do not read like I should, I am hardly ever on here I have not posted anything in weeks. Well... I see that you are the one picking up my slack with wonderful works as this one... 10+++++
My hope is that whoever you were writing about or to, they are still with you. A brazen quality to this scribble that is the essense of an aware spirit.
This feels like it was my heart speaking to me in all its truthfulness...v.g your skill behind the pen is unprecedented (ps this fights with cupid for 1st place)
