the awful feeling of being alone
when night time comes and the light is gone
i look at the stars across the nightsky bright
my eyes with fear and my heart with fright

a smile comes out of nowhere
it brings with it love and cheer
a smile sets our moods right
it brings loved ones near
...

It was an old chap, with an old little stick,
Big white moustache, a coat-the colour brick.
He walked alone, near the ocean blue,
Back bent, quivering hands, a ripped up old shoe.

Destiny depends on who you are,
Where you are and what you are.
Life is full of surprises, I agree,
But it curtails the liberty of being free.

my dear friend...u give me peace
my love for u will never cease
cos u are my world...my all..my everything
you're the one who lessens my suffering
...

do you feel my pulse? cos i don't
check my heartbeat, cos beating it won't
my breath has stopped, i got no more air
and i'm all numb, the feeling's not there
...

this life of mine....just like trees
with happy moments falling like dead leaves
with problems like roots.... branching out
when i get cut down...i just scream and shout
...

friendship is a a ship that never sinks,
it's an eye that never winks.
without friendship, life's a waste,
so make friends with everyone without haste.
...

'See my power', the sea shouted to man,
'I can crush houses, as well as buildings as flat as a pan'.
Man argued, you can destroy a lot of lives,
But the rest of us have protected ourselves with pitchforks and knives'.

my mother, she calls me selfish
my father, he doesn't trust me at all
sometimes i feel my parents would do anything
just to hurt me and make me feel small
