Love Is Love

I fell in love with you today, a while from now you'll go away. You'll leave me, but it won't be your choice, I'll forever miss your voice. I wish I could help you stay, but there's nothing I can say. Hearts once bound, are now broken. My heart once more, shall be frozen. The tears I cry are so cold, I can't believe he was so bold. So bold to tear apart something so true, all because he knows about you. Love is love, so why are you angry? I can't be me, nor he be himself, while people think so sadly. I wish people would just see, that we're people too. Love is love, can't you see? Or are you blinded, like the rest of society? You can't deny, my words are true. No more words, now I'm through.
