No tears could hide her sorrows
the hurt she feels inside
with grandiose great affection
only thoughts of pride

when gypsies trod upon the downs
when heather sweet was scattered round
when vardos were true caravans
when kyers rode pon these lands
...

in shadows of packages were men do delight
with maidens of virtue so great in their sight
oh promise of heaven and sweet melodies
were offered in bread crumbs at the edge of the sea
...

someone has planted the happiness tree
with branches so strong with roots heavenly
its buds they grew rich and its leaves they grew wild
it grew in the wind where the children all smiled
...

in the forests of antiquity
the cowboy angel rides
a parchment in his pocket sealed
Flowers for his bride
...

its my poetic playground
my place of loyal trust
i compromise my valor
and conjure up a crust
