Remembering all the places

I have this special place
When I need to heal
It's a place I visit
That I do conceal

Sometimes I wish I could reach out
And grab a hold of love
I'd wrap it tight around us
Knowing what it was

I just received a text
That a friend has passed away
What a terrible ending
To an otherwise wonderful day
