The time for all but me.

This Forgotten Face

Though I saw you everyday,
You were never there
You always had the time
The time for all but me.
Me your daughter
Remember this face?
This face you have forgotten
Perhaps just another face in a crowd
This crowd crowding your space.
The space for all but me.
Remember this face?
This face filled with anguish
This agony of the forgotten
Please remember me.
Please remember this forgotten face.
