The Secret Enemey - Poem by Misses Unknown

Since the age of puberty my mother has become my enemy I hear other daughters talking about how amazingly perfect their mums are but here I am stuck with an obsessively angry person I don’t know if anger makes her happy because every time I see her she’s angry I just don’t understand my mother and the worst part is I feel like am becoming her am becoming my own enemy how can this happen? When I was the most relaxed person ive became so angry and I feel like I can’t change it I feel like I have to scream to get my point across because she never listens here I am complaining yet again.
I want to be me not a reflection of my own mother she’s plain nasty I wish I could run and have some space from her cause right now all I hear is her voice screaming at me to be perfect screaming from the top of her lungs she scares me but she doesn’t understand she doesn’t understand her own daughter she doesn’t understand what hurts me she managers to hurt me every single day with her attitude her anger and her stubbiness I don’t want to be her and this is why am changing I have had enough of anger and I feel like I have too much of it I feel like am slowly going and becoming her slowly changing I just don’t want that to happen.
Why is my own mother treating me like this? Maybe I deserve it for all the mistakes ive done in life but isn’t this life supposed to be for mistakes ive done mistakes but it doesn’t give my mother the right to keep bringing them up every single day I feel like my soul is slowly dying it hurts so much to feel like that every day is just passing me I feel like am a shadow watching my days go or maybe a better description a girl in a mirror screaming at herself to stand up for her rights to stand up on her own two feet and to get a move on in life I want my mother to get in to my head so she knows how I feel because she will never understand how I feel right now ive tried the “ talk to her” or “have the one to one with your mother” well ive tried all that and she still doesn’t understand how I feel to be honest I don’t ever think she will understand how I feel she definitely is one of a kind I just hope when am a mother am not like her I want to remove all the anger that I have in my soul but the big question is how? ? ? Because the anger I have in my body feels like its attached to my heart and it won’t let go it hurts it feels like a dagger going straight in my heart this is why I have hatred for anger it makes you feel like your nothing but nobody understands this I guess am gonna finish here because what’s the point in doing all this when the ones you love don’t give a crap about you, don’t give a crap about how you feel I guess I should shut up now because yet again am all alone I feel like am the loneliest person I know I have my family but they just don’t feel like family to me they feel like my worst enemy’s……………………….
