Your Tears, My Eyes. Poem by Isabella Francis

Your Tears, My Eyes.

Rating: 5.0

I'll run for hours,
I'll walk for miles.
I'll do anything,
To win that smile.

I'll be sad,
From all joys I'll flee.
Just to see that look,
On your face of glee.

I may get stuck,
But I will not fail.
But I'll never let you be chilled,
By a fitful gale.

I'll run into problems,
Put myself into spots tight.
Just for you to be okay,
And feel alright.

I’ll make you laugh,
Never let you cry.
Even if I have to,
Shed your tears with my eyes.
