Your Presence Poem by Dev Raj

Your Presence

Beloved your absence in my life
Stole away my slumber
While I smiled at myself
Drugged by your beautiful amber <3

Look at me, blindfolded in love
Longing for heights like a dove
While I eye over the horizons
Scouring for you whom I want <3

You smiled over the distance
Flushing crimson on your face
Dwindling the distance barrier
To entwine in beautiful embrace <3

Our lips so eager and athirst
Come to real life esteem
Sending tingles down my spine
Your eyes in grace gleam <3

Intertwined in a hug prolonged
We stand free yet firm
Amid the stars that watch
You blushed and squirm <3

For eternity I could watch
Your smile curved over lips
Beloved having you around me
Gives me the heavenly bliss <3

Hand in hands, we walk ahead
Climbing the transverse stairs
For all these reasons and more
Dear Love Is Truly In The Air <3
