Your Emotions (Free Style) Poem by Dorian Petersen Potter

Your emotions are always peeking upon the surface,
And they live right within me and you and that's fine,
Emotions of all kind are a normal thing to me and you,
But some emotions we need to control all of the time

God has given you so many wonderful emotions and feelings,
Which are just part of you and live in your heart and soul,
And that's what separate us all from the animal kingdom we know
It's what makes us unique and human and that was His ultimate goal

Emotions play such an important part in all your life and mine,
Each one of them good or bad is there for that good reason;
Imagine what our lives would be without any one of them everyday,
But need to control the wrong ones and happily display the good ones on.
