Your Comfort Poem by Elizabeth Walker

Your Comfort

Rating: 3.5

Souls close bodies apart
you answer the calling of my heart
my mind races and spirits soar
when you interrupt life's monotonous bore
the fit of your hand and arms holding me near
you take away all my fear
the boom of your voice clearly from behind
breathes comfort through my body and mind.
