You Tell Me You Love Me Poem by Aria Quimby

You Tell Me You Love Me

You tell me you love me
Then you go and cheat on me
You steal my things
You break my heart
You slap
You kick
You punch

The words you yell are unspeakable to most
But what do you do?
You say you're sorry
You tell me you love me

But I can here the falseness in your voice
I know nothing will change
You will still punch
You will still kick
And you will still slap

So if this is love...
I'm too scared to know hatred.
