You Say
Even as you say
You love me
I hear you from some distant
Tunnel of my mind say
Go away...
Feel you push me aside
For one less important
You say...
For, I am after all
After her...
You say
To lose me is to break your heart
You say
To lose her
All your wordly, tangible
Treasures
And you must not!
So I walk
Alone
While in full view of the world
Harboring your love as some sacred peace...
And yet
Though I am all in encompassed passion,
You say -
I know I am no one!
This is so deep. The way you write the poem, make you feel the pain.
Oh, such sadness and heartache....hopelessness. You write it so well that the reader feels your pain. Very good write. Top marks.
