You Remind Me Poem by Kasia Fedyk

You Remind Me

Rating: 2.0

I have forgiven you
long time ago

Something about you
reminds me
of a fresh salty air

Of a sun when
first opens its eyes
still dreamy
out of focus
shining dim
with a color
of a ripe orange
-a peal
wearing a breath
of a cloud
touching, teasing
a bit

A moon
first a crescent
like a bow
ready to embark
on silver ride
across the sky
to meet a star
far away
shining its light
on the poor man below
-full moon

Of a heart that beets
in the rhythm
of a note
a Mozart
would find appealing
at midnight
after a restless
night, when he composes
his finest of symphony \
