You Need My Love Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

You Need My Love

You need my love
And believe
In truth
It needs no proof

I may not want your body
As you are nobody
But a living legend
So I send invitation

The life is exclusively yours
So don’t bother
Make simple gesture
Freely smile to reassure

I shall be the one you want
Freely sing and chant
I shall echo with your each word
With eyes up and look forward

You shall swing in my arm
But expect no harm
As I too respect my lovely and dear friend
The world is beautiful and doesn’t end with “one no”
