You Keep Me Warm Poem by Manonton Dalan

You Keep Me Warm

cold has taken best of me
hard to breath; hard to play
sun still goes up to say hello
covered by rain most i know
frozen windshield doors too
eat most time living in snow

warm clothing is hug from nature
either came from oil or cotton
warm soup from can, microwave food
just as tasty as some home cooking
but i must admit hearing from you
tops everything even falling snow
