You And Me Poem by Hannah Minton

You And Me

I see you nearly daily
And we still dont speak
Our paths cross and our eyes meet
But nothing except silence exists

We could have such fun
Or mearly just talk
I dont know what to do
So I'll just keep passing you

You're always with the same people
Always with that fake smile
You should realize it soon
You're better without them

Days, months, years could pass
You'll never change
We'll just keep crossing paths
With nothing else

Maybe one day soon
You'll break the pattern
And say hello
Until then...
