You And I Poem by Farnood Jahangiri

You And I

You and I
Neither’s ready
To meet.

Still the clouds sing melodiously
They rain, they move, they are.

Still the sun protects our verdant souls
It shines, it moves, it is.

Still man, is satisfied to be
He prays, he slaughters, but not us yet.

You and I
Neither’s ready
To meet.

Sometimes its better that way, thats why sun and moon never meet at the same sky but because of them we know a lively day is just exist because of them Until the separation ended, the gaps must be filled with stars... to whispers the atmosphere of togetherness
