“Yoga or meditation” as we refer
It is important I day’s order
Daily start with some exercises in the morning
Gives room for new opening

Without giving much importance
We must follow the real stance
What makes our life full of tension?
Each religion makes clear mention

Pray god while bending body in recognition
It gives sound health if followed with repetition
If god is remembered with any name
Why do we object and feel shame?

Let us not bind good things into controversy
If steps have proved good already
Let us start fresh with new beginning
Let us not waste time in defining

Take deep breathe with the name of god you believe
That shall relieve
Any kind of evil feeling
That is the actual and real meaning
