Years Decades Ending Ending Ending? Poem by Terence George Craddock

Years Decades Ending Ending Ending?

time ticking ticking ticking
time is ticking ticking ticking
sands of hour glass slipping slipping slipping
ever away falling falling falling through our fingers

who can catch even a single sand of time?
who can arrest even a single sand of time?
who can prevent even a single sand of time from falling?
who can arrest prevent even a single grain of sand time from falling?

time
ticking ticking ticking
time
is ticking ticking ticking
moments so solid seconds minutes
hours days years decades ending ending ending

sands
of hour glass
slipping slipping slipping
ever away falling falling falling through our fingers
