Y// The Cat And The Wall Poem by Aufie Zophy

Y// The Cat And The Wall

A boy tried to climb over a wall
The wall was not very tall
But perhaps the most slippery of all

The boy tried and tried and tried
But failing to get over it was his plight
A tear came and yes he cried

A small kitten walked by
Climbing the wall in one try
But also, it fell and started to cry

Meow, never i can get over that
Meow and soon came mother the cat
She saw her small baby cat a bit sad

Climb on my shoulders she said
And little kitten just did that
Over the wall went baby and mother cat

The boy got a brilliant idea that moment
It was his own home where he went
He got over the wall with his mother’s help

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
There are times we can help others and this makes us genuinely happy.
There are times we need help ourselves
If we manage to recognize the times we need help
and are no afraid to ask for it,
life will get an extra dimension.

So many teenagers still need so much the help of their parents
but refuse to get it, out of pride, out of puberty.
A small piece of advice to teenagers:
Please be not afraid to ask your parent's help and advice.
