Writing An Inscription To A Neighbor Poem by Luo Zhihai

Writing An Inscription To A Neighbor

★ Writing an Inscription to a Neighbor

☆ Poetry by Yu Hu (? -? , Tang Dynasty, China)
☆ Translation by Luo Zhihai (1954-, China)

Less next door in a quiet lane
Joyful to live in a same bothie eave
Often with a stove to cook rice
Water the vegetables in a channel same
Sound of clogs and starting to seek the herbs at daybreak
Reading in two lamps apart at night
Although live in the city
But like woodcutters and fishers’ life

☆ 于鹄 诗

僻巷邻家少
茅檐喜并居
蒸梨常共灶
浇薤亦同渠
传屐朝寻药
分灯夜读书
虽然在城市
还得似樵渔
