If I fell into darkness
Would you show me the light?
If I began to slip away
Would you hold me tight?
If my soul began to cry
Would you wipe away the tears?
If I faced my darkness
Would you take away my fears?
If I was lost
Would you show me the way?
If I told you don't go
Would you stay?
If I needed you
Would you be there?
If I fell ill
Would you care?
If my life was in danger
Would you save me?
If I faded away
Would you remember me?
Would You? ?
This is the question side of the coin that should never have to be answered or asked in the first place. GW62

Beautiful. The emotion is so near the surface, but controlled (like 'I am Sorry') into a strict form, which makes us feel it even more. I don't know you from a bar of soap (as my old granny used to say) , but every time I read this I want to hug it all better.
