Worst Of Me
for all this another breath waits
for worthless pain a whisper stalls
with all calm denial emotion pauses
time's patience ever lasting
hearts last word exhausted
my worthless hope lies redundant
my youthful confidence shattered
truth smashes my pitiful dreams
this i must admit to have become
an honesty amongst lies
a deserved end
