At workplace

strive to be cool
amid colleagues frictions
and time pressures,
be an ideal subordinates,
avoid procrastination nor
as staff of complaint...
a task well-done
is a boss well-hearted-fun,
a win-win approach for both
and worth rewarding
though
not fly-by-night but it will come.
work steadfastly and patiently.
it is virtue
next to honesty...


of friendship

strive to treasure it.
be friendly not for material sake
lavish things will perish
even lavish appreciation has its end


strive to be happy
stay put as you are
amid personality clashes
and cultural differences


be considerate both
has human weakness......
nurture each strength, the seed-bed of trust
and twigs of respect eventually sprout out of it
and grow into a un-brittled trunk as confidante


intertwined workplace and friendship,
then within a working place is no longer
a culprit of competing workers
but a venue of coordinating working friends
beyond contract and incentives
and it creates even beyond to the atmosphere
of stereotypical motivation
that only a boss-friendly-to-staffs and vice versa
can benefit this ideal tandem
