I try to fix things
You don't like that
You dismiss it and hate me more

I fight anger with words of kindness
You don't fully take in the words
You don't have time for my peace making

But that's all I ever was
The peace maker

That's why you kept me around
That's why I was ever important
That's why, that's why

You never needed me
I see it now
I see every thing now
Its so clear
YOU LIED
to me

You lied to me
again and again and again
now i see the truth

You lied
And called me the untruthful one

You lied to your self
You lied to me
You lied to everyone

How can you make up so many lies
And still be truthful?
You cannot
You lied about so many things

And blamed me
You lied and blamed me
How unfair!

I tell you of the truth
You deny it
And blame me

You are not a friend
You never were
You never will be
