Words Like Bubbles Poem by Jennifer Colyne Hall

Words Like Bubbles

Words like bubbles

Float thru the air

A girl with joy

Blows bubbles thru a ring

Blowing her words gently

All in fun of the crisp cool air

Each one popped with your touch

It isn't always meant

Accidents happen

Words disappear like thin air

She's spinning round and round

Where did her friend go?

Of course he didn't get them all

Some slipped by

Words trapped in bubbles

Glide on the breeze

'That's ok' she said with a smile

As she closes her eyes

And continues to blow

Words in bubbles

Never to return
