Wordless Moon Poem by Ron Pate

Wordless Moon

The bright beautiful moon has no voice to call out to me and you.. Lips clenched tight as it passes through the sky's dark ocean at night.

It's joy lives vicariously through lover's eyes, when they promise of the moon to whom lies within  their eyes.   Heavenly satellite, peering out of the gloom.  Unspoken wonder of our lives;  paints a different picture each time it's viewed.

The moon says a lot, gives us hope and the ability to renew dreams, once thought lost. So, with my words expressed, 'The moon has a voice, and it speaks words never said'.

Very poetic view expressed very nicely. I agree with you. The moon and the stars have some real magic in them. Far too many times we just ignore them.
