Her clothes are ripped and torn,
She sheltered under door-ways;
Weary and forlorn.

You're frustrated and you're bitter,
No-one caught you when you fell,
Now you're poisoning relationships
With the lies you tell.

Who could spare a glance,
For the angel with broken wings?
Who could stop to hear,
The crying song she sings?

The wind calls your name;
Whisperes in my heart,
And through this bond of sky;
We're never far apart.

It’s hard to live,
When you know you’re dying;
It’s hard to talk,
When you know you’re lying.

I live my life in silence,
My words are laced with pain,
Trying not to fall apart;
Please, God, just keep me sane.
