This land where you see
Languages more than states
Trillion Gods and their fates
Hot Maggi in mud plates!
This land where you see
Huts on roads, three wheelers
Godman claiming healers
Kids selling drugs as dealers!
This land where you see
Saree-wearing mechanics
Politicians born jurassic
Boring faces of plastic!
This land where you see
Sadhoos playing football
Photos clicked on each fall
Hoardings fifty feet tall!
This land where you see
Gutters in place of dividers
Kids drinking milk from udders
Lord Sachin R Tendulkar!
This land where you see
Ten year olds with I Phone
Income burns as home loan
Tounges we wished that had bone!
This land where you see
All wonders that can be
Great Salad of thousands seeds
Yet still my love forever indeed!
Nice elaboration of the apparent absurd happenings. They are so much so that you will find them no where. That's why our love for this place is so deep...... enjoyed
