Sans Vous

Without you I am less a man,
a man that's without love.
With you I am more like a king,
whom walks on clouds above.
Above all gloom and hatred wants,
above self loath and pity.
With you I have all that I need,
not a single want,
not any.
With you the way I feel inside,
is rarely known by others.
Its like a love felt for a child,
by the new birth of a mother.
A silent calming way of words,
penned by crying poets.
There are no words which can explain,
only actions show it.
A hunger that seems always burns,
a light inside my soul.
Without you I am less a man,
this I surely know.
