Without This Poem by Brian 'Peza' Perrins

Without This

It’s endless, yet in short supply
Without this, life is do or die.

To possess this is indeed a real gift
Those who are short do not let it drift.

In abundance, it is often ignored
To cherish it brings life’s reward.

Forget the materialistic things in life
Lest you have this, you’re heading for strife.

Although we have this throughout our lives
We never give credence until it arrives.

You have ample now, don’t need it you say
Best think again, it’s never far away.

No matter whom you are, worth a dollar or a dime
There’s no getting away from, the need for time.
