Birth certificate aside.
When did one's birth certificate,
Qualify them with competence?

And those who have them...
Why has the importance of having one,
Not as of yet assisted in providing proof...
Anyone seeking another's evidence of being born,
Impresses with an accountability they have not shown.
Even taking responsibility for their own actions commited...
Are blamed on someone else!

That has been truthfully with a blatantness deceived...
