Just too stupid to realize
That it has all been a dream
And that I’ve been stuck beneath
The sheets
Too stupid to recognize
That love is just a lie
And those words are just words
No matter where you are at

It’s all been a sequence of my unconscious mind
Just too stupid to discover it all, until now
When I’ve been beguiled for too long
Now that it’s done, I’m addicted to the comfort,
Of not being alive
I’ve been accustomed to the lie

Just too stupid to realize
I can never go back
To the summer heat
A vague memory
