Winter Sun... Poem by Craig Matthew Hannan

Winter Sun...

Take me from this cold heartache make me new with that excitement, want and need of companionships touch, to feel a breath on skin, and tongues lash on impertinent word.

Wander this lingering look on passions want. Her look chills to the bone, stirring such longing for the fight to gain loves tryst.

Speak the dialogue of love unto this sumptuous desire, making sensual moment into passions embrace once again.

The nights taste but tomorrows passionate desire, so the game goes, not misunderstood but needed to bond, seal two souls for such endeavour.

Sweet aroma of nights' lavishness on waking, warm bodies touch, sun makes such beauty arouse fervent desire.

Light touch on skin and gentle caress wakes desires eyes, glistening with sleeps restlessness, bright and wanting, teasing in playful fight, taming each other with passions touch.

This winter sun breaks the mute vexation of pain, such simple pleasure, stumbling upon this beauty, making wild emotion for this salacious love, if but a brief reprieve for both.
