Winter's Here Poem by Paul Fowler

Winter's Here

Rating: 5.0

The days now how dark they stay,
And sunshine hours are very few,
Now's the time for shorter days,
And all around's a greyish hue.

Temperatures outside are getting low,
So now's the time to wrap up warm,
Soon the ground'll be covered in snow,
Hats and gloves are now the norm.

There's barely a leaf left on a tree,
The branches can be covered in ice,
But all around there's still plenty to see,
A Christmas card scene can be so nice.

How I hate Winter, cold and dark. Your poem says it all. God write Paul.
