Winter Of Her Reinvention Poem by Frances Ayers

Winter Of Her Reinvention

Winter of her reinvention

A new life, and quicksilver change

A warm heart, that lives in tension

So many plans to rearrange

Still hope peeks out beyond icy knolls

A tender young sprout, ready to bloom

As memories replace useless woes

An eager soul waits, rejecting the tomb.

Eyes wide open, enveloped in love

Illuminating lights circling near

An enduring faith, with help from above

she wraps herself with those she holds dear
