Winter Landscape Poem by Anita Wisniewska

Winter Landscape

Fog

Thick white cloud

Crawling on the skin

Sprinkles acid rain

From disembodied chimney hulks.

All the faces are blank as eggs.

Scarf-muffled, they cough and shuffle

Over wet concrete.
