Wings For Friends Poem by Arno Le Roux

Wings For Friends

We fly from comfort to enquire
Are saviours for dear ones desire
All the hope we help them acquire
Angels in human shape conspire

Carrying the minds of ones hope lost
Each a little nearer while WE suffer cost
Others minds to the sun to defrost
Misery melts off to get to THEIR own post

Until we're stronger others we help fly
We study in flight others we stand by
Don't for own sake ever only try
Feel strength of practice as we fly

The flight we fly for others in the end
Weight accustomed while we mend
No more weakness us way send
More we carry on OUR next ascend
