Will You Be There Poem by Tracee Olga

Will You Be There

I will rise again tomorrow
Dry tears evidence of sorrow
Like a shadow fear will follow
Stream of life now just an empty furrow
Painfully, bitterness I will swallow
My faith once deep now shallow
Squeaky and rusty as an old wheel barrow
Looking, searching looking for hope to borrow
Feebly I will aim an arrow
Scared, shaking to the bone marrow
Vision blurred with disappointment, my target narrow
For a moment I wish I am Zorro
Who never misses a target
I let go of the bow and the arrow
I soon forget
It's lost; again, maybe it's the vision
Or the mixture and confusion
I missed the target, but I can't explain the reason
And now my patience whereas off
My long suffering has suffered long enough
The twig I am holding on to is breaking
My feet no longer steady
Then I let go and now am falling
Faster and faster and faster!
Will you be there to catch me!

Dry tear evidence of sorrow, I will rose again tomorrow. Faster and faster and faster, will you be there to catch me. Very beautifully written and shared such a nice poem. Keep on writing.
