Will I ever find myself
In this small, small place
Will I ever be with you
Will I ever see your face

Will I ever find a light
In this town I call my home
Will I ever break free
Can I go out on my own

I used to have this dream
To be a movie star
I would be the best darn actress
In the world out there by far
And then it was you who came
And you gave me the hope
Of becoming whatever I wanted to be

You helped me find myself
In this small, small place
You'll be with me forever
I will never forget your face

You helped me find a light
