I can't see

Everything is blurry

My face is wet

And my hands won't stop shaking

I feel like laughing

Why am I acting like this?

Being so upset over this?

But the laughs just turn to sobs

And my breath stays fast and heavy

My heart beats so fast

The heat in my skin

Everything around me looks bright

Everything is so loud

I just want to lay in bed
